Group Interview by Cynthia Wright

Cynthia Wright (Senior Recruitment Consultant) gave some helpful hints about group interviews.
She mentioned that companies use group interviews in order to save time and to assess how candidates handle themselves in a group. She highlighted the following points for successful navigation through a group interview :

• Talk about how your strengths match the job
• Use LinkedIn or other networking sites to find out more about the interviewers
• Read the different personality types in the interview
• Be assertive
• Expect the unexpected
• Stay cool
• Ask job related and company focused questions

After the interview, email thank you notes to each of the interviewers.
